Navigate to 'omniLoyalty \ Loyalty activity \ Loyalty Transactions' to manage all aspects of transactions. Your default Loyalty Program will be selected for you. If you want to edit a different loyalty program level, select it from the drop down at the top left corner.
Select the dropdown menu next to the status to manage transactions:
- View transactions details
- Change loyalty transaction status to approve or reverse transaction
