You can use Status field to manage how loyalty transaction is applied.


When status is in Pending, the transaction is not posted to the loyalty card balances till it is marked Completed.


Mark transaction In Review to flag it for the review. 

Editing Transaction

If transaction is marked Pending on In Review, it can be edited before it is applied to the customer loyalty card. 


Navigate to 'omniLoyalty \ Loyalty activity \ Loyalty Transactions' and select drop down menu next to the status and choose Edit loyalty transaction.


Edit loyalty transaction screen appears where you can change all aspects of this transaction.


Approving Transaction

If transaction is marked Pending on In Review, it must be approved before the effects are applied to the customer loyalty card. 


Navigate to 'omniLoyalty \ Loyalty activity \ Loyalty Transactions' and select drop down menu next to the status and choose Change loyalty transaction status.


Dialog appears with status options, select Completed if you want to complete this transaction and apply to the customer loyalty card.


Reversing Completed Transaction

At anytime you can reverse a transaction. For example, you have a customer who returned the item associated with the purchase and you want to reverse the point the user have earned. 


Navigate to 'omniLoyalty \ Loyalty activity \ Loyalty Transactions' and select drop down menu next to the status and choose Change loyalty transaction status.


Dialog appears with status options, select Reversed if you want to reverse the transaction.
