Use loyalty earning transfers to deposit or withdraw loyalty points or currency. Some transfers might be generated automatically when loyalty transaction is created.
Navigate to 'omniLoyalty \ Loyalty activity \ Loyalty Transfers' to manage all aspects of transfers. Your default Loyalty Program will be selected for you. If you want to edit a different loyalty program level, select it from the drop down at the top left corner.
Select the dropdown menu next to the status to manage transfers:
- View transfers details
- Change loyalty transfers status to complete or decline transfer.
Last Blockchain Transaction
In the list of transfers, scroll to the right to reveal last columns, click on the digits in the Last blockchain transaction column to view blockchain details.
Blockchain Verification
In the list of transfers, scroll to the right to reveal last columns, click on the digits in the Blockchain verification column to view blockchain details.
View Transfer
To view the transfer details, click drop down next to the card status and select View.
Click Blockchain verification to view all blockchain transactions associated with this transfer and balances.
