Navigate to  omniCustomers \ Customers to access your customer details.


  1. Select Create to create a new customer from options drop down.
  2. Enter Customer name, email, company name, phone number, etc. to search for a specific customer.
  3. Use advanced filter to search for more details.
  4. Select option dropdown next to the customer to View, Edit or Delete customer record.


Manage Customer Details

Next to the Date on the list, select drop down and choose View to open the Customer Details page which contains all the information pertaining to the customer such as Addresses, Orders, Payment methods, etc.


Delete a Customer

Deleting a customer will remove them from your site. Once a customer is deleted, it cannot be retrieved.


To delete a customer, navigate to  omniCustomers \ Customers, select drop down next to the Date and choose Delete.


Note: You cannot delete a customer if the customer has any active orders or completed order payments. Set Customer to be Not Active instead.
