You can create a new form from an existing template. There are system templates provided by Omnibasis or you can create your own template.
Navigate to omniForms \ Form Templates to see a list of templates. Use labels to narrow your search.
Once you find a template you like, click Select.
Selected template will be used to pre-create your form.
If you want to create your own template, make sure select Mark as a template in Form info section when you creating a new form.
