When customer selects Add to Cart, View Cart button appear.
Cart is also accessible from the top level navigation and appears as a shopping cart symbol.
Cart Details
Navigating to cart from details page or from the top navigation bar takes customer to the first step of checkout, to review and confirm the current cart.
You can configure default checkout page.
