You can configure new user workflow during registration. Navigate to omniCustomers \ Settings. Select Workflow section.

  1. Select Verification that user can complete under their profile by navigating to My Account \ Account Settings  \ Profile.
  2. To require Verification to be completed before user can login, select Verification is required. This setting does not apply to Admin.
  3. Specify what messages user receives upon registration. To configure one time message, select Message for a workflow.
  4. If you want user to receive a series of messages based on a workflow campaign, select Campaign you want to run for a new user. Please note, that campaign automation type should be 'Workflow' for you to see in selection list.
