You can configure new user workflow during registration. Navigate to omniCustomers \ Settings. Select Workflow section.
- Select Verification that user can complete under their profile by navigating to My Account \ Account Settings \ Profile.
- To require Verification to be completed before user can login, select Verification is required. This setting does not apply to Admin.
- Specify what messages user receives upon registration. To configure one time message, select Message for a workflow.
- If you want user to receive a series of messages based on a workflow campaign, select Campaign you want to run for a new user. Please note, that campaign automation type should be 'Workflow' for you to see in selection list.
