You can setup one-time message or series of messages.


Navigate to 'Messages' section on you campaign.


Use 'Series of messages' to configure automated message workflow based on contact actions.


Based on a previous message action, configure the next message in automation:


  • Sent - triggers an email that sends after a contact receives the previous automated message in your series.
  • Opened - triggers an email that sends after a contact opens the previous automated message in your series.
  • Not opened - triggers an email that sends when a contact does not open the previous automated message in your series. 
  • Clicked - triggers an email that sends after a contact clicks any link in the previous automated message in your series. 
  • Not Clicked - triggers an email that sends when a contact does not click any link in the previous automated message in your series. 
  • Link Clicked - triggers an email that sends after a contact clicks on a specific link in the previous automated message in your series. 


When campaign runs, it builds a queue of messages that reflect the schedule you setup.
