When your contact opens a message, a customer note status is updated for a contact.


When you setup your campaign, you need turn on Create a user note with email message and track action taken by a user for your campaign or message,  in order for omniMarketer to track campaign message opening.


Navigate to omniCustomer \ Notes to see all notes sent out. You can also navigate to a specific customer with omniCustomers \ Customers, open a customer you want to manage select Notes section in customer details.

  2. View Message is used to communicate with customer.
  3. View Campaign is used to create this note.
