Note: by default the app comes with Allow only one concurrent login per user turned on. It is important security measure and ensures that user credentials are not compromised and if they are changed, they are invalid everywhere.
To turn on or off this feature, follow this steps:
- Navigate to omniCustomers \ Settings.
- Select Security section to explore different options.
- To allow user unlimited concurrent sessions, turn off Allow only one concurrent login per user
