Your application might require automatically to logoff user after certain time of inactivity. For example, user left the computer running and did not logoff, you might want to logoff that user in 3 minutes.
To configure user session timeout
- Navigate to omniCustomers \ Settings
- Select Security section to explore different options.
- Turn on Enable user session timeout.
- Configure how many seconds to wait before user inactive and will see a warning message with Logout user session when user is inactive.
- Configure how many seconds to show timeout countdown warning before logging off user with Show session timeout countdown
