Order Packages are used to fulfil e-commerce orders.
Navigate to 'omniCommerce \ Manage Orders \ Order Packages' to see a list of all order packages. Select dropdown option next to the status to see your options.
- Manage - manage order package.
- Delete - delete order package, it will not be available if package already shipped.
- Send Status Update - to send customer shipping status update for the package.
- Manage Order - navigate to the order that this package belongs to.
- View Order - view order invoice for this package
- View customer link - view a link that you can share with a customer to access this package.
- Customer - navigate to Customer associated with this package.
