Your application might want to prevent users from changing two step login configuration.
If you disable self service for two step login, user is allowed to configure once. Once two step login authentication is configured, user will be required to request administrator to update it.
To disable or enabled user self service for two step login authentication, navigate to omniCustomers \ Settings. Select Security section.
- Make sure Enable Two Step Login is turned on.
- Turn on or off Allow user self service two step login change.
