Your use case might require the record transfer between users registered to your application. WIth every transfer, you can configure to notify user about the record transferred.

Transfer Configuration

Navigate to 'omniForms \ Forms Definition' to configure transfer notification.

  1. Open drop down option next to the form definition you want configure and select Edit form definition.
  2. Navigate to Workflow section, and turn on Use email to notify user about a transfer.
  3. Optionally you can configure notification message or omniMarketer campaign that will be run when record will be transferred. If you do not select a message or a campaign, the default message will be sent to a user.

How To Transfer a Record

Navigate to 'omniForms \ Records' and select your record option drop down menu Transfer.

  1. Select a user to transfer to.
  2. Enter a description for the transfer and click Save.
