Order Returns are used to manage e-commerce orders returns. 


Navigate to 'omniCommerce \ Manage Orders \ Order Returns' to see a list of all order packages. Select dropdown option next to the status to see your options.


  • Manage - manage the order return.
  • Delete - delete order return, it will not be available if return already shipped.
  • Send Status Update - to send customer shipping status update for the return.
  • Manage Order - navigate to the order that this return belongs to.
  • View Order - view order invoice for this return
  • View customer link - view a link that you can share with a customer to access this return.
  • Customer - navigate to Customer associated with this return.
