You can configure Order Returns rules that meet your business strategy.


Allow customers to initiate return


To enable or disable user ability to start a return, navigate to 'omniCommerce \ Commerce Settings \ Settings'.


Navigate to Order Returns section.


  1. Toggle Allow customers to initiate return to turn on/off self return.



Order Return Window


You can configure how many days customers have before the return window is closed.


Navigate to 'omniCommerce \ Commerce Settings \ Checkout Page' and select Order Returns section.


  1. Enter a number of days after which the order cannot be returned. You can disable self service of returns here by entering 0, or leave it empty allow customers to initiate return anytime.
  2. Select default location to which returns will be sent.
