This error may happen when you connect EasyPost to one of the following carriers:
- Royal Mail
- DPD UK
- FedEx SmartPost Returns
For the below carriers, this is due to your rates not having been uploaded by EasyPost. Please get in touch with them at support@easypost.com to have your rates be uploaded and start generating labels automatically.

If this is happening to you for another carrier, please reach out to us so we can add it to the list! You will most likely also need to get in touch with EasyPost to upload valid rates to your account.
