Your can use your gift cards to make purchases from the store both online and in person.
When you purchase a gift card, it can be also stored on your mobile wallet.
Navigate to 'My Wallet \ Giftcards' to view a list of cards associated with your account.
Viewing Gift Card Mobile Wallet
You can view a wallet associated with a gift card if it was setup by the store.
- Navigate to a list of Gift Cards.
- Click drop down option next to the card you want to access a wallet and select Wallet Pass.
- You will be taking to a wallet pass for this gift card, if none exist, a new one will be created.
Gift Card Redemption
You can use gift cards to make purchases from a store both online and in person.
Some store may limit redemption to online only. Learn more about in store redemption only.
There are two ways customer can redeem the code:
- With unique code: when making a purchase in your store, a customer can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping. In addition, customer is given a choice of how much of a balance of gift card they want to spend.
- With gift card account balance: when customer purchased a gift card and created user account, the gift account was created for your customer. That account like a debit card, it can be applied at the checkout.
When a customer redeems a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:
- If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order.
- If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
Note: If a customer wants to buy a gift card for someone else, then they need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.
