When customer creates a new booking, you can request customer to consent to your terms and conditions.
- First navigate to manage resource 'omniBookings \ Manage Resources \ Resources'.
- Select Manage next to the resource you want to configure.
- Navigate to Workflow section.
- Select consent you want to use when customer creates a booking.

When new booking is created, customer will be asked to consent to your terms.
