You can use transfers to move inventory between multiple shipping locations. With transfers, you can keep track of your inventory as you distribute it between your various locations.


Navigate to manage an inventory for the product by going to 'omniCommerce \ Manage Catalog \ Products'.


  1. Select Manage in options next to the product you want to manage.
  2. Navigate to Inventory section.
  3. Select Manage next to it the variant you want to transfer.
  4. Select Inventory History section.
  5. Click Change to create a transfer.
  6. For outgoing transfer, enter negative number, if you creating incoming transfer, enter positive number.
  7. Click Save.


Receive a transfer from a location


When the inventory arrives at its new location, you mark it as received to confirm that it's transferred with a positive change in adjustment.


Undo a transfer for a location

If you create a transfer or receive items by mistake for a location, then you need to either delete the transfer or adjust your inventory levels to account for the mistake:


  • If you haven't received the inventory yet, then you can open the Inventory History and delete the transfer.
  • If you already recorded the inventory as received, then you need to delete the transfer in both locations.
