- When they navigate your site and see a resource they want to book.

Customer navigated site menu to see a list of resources to book.
Customer selected a resource to book
Customer selects a date. A list of availability is shown.
Customer selects a time slot, agrees to consent and clicks Confirm to confirm booking or Cancel to choose another time. Customer can setup an optional Reminder.
If Customer is not signed in, depending or Booking settings, customer is prompted to create user account or continue as a guest without an account.
Appointment is confirmed. Customer receives an email and if phone number is provided, text message with appointment details and link to cancel or change if required.
