You can setup a form that will be sent to a customer once checkout is completed.


Navigate to omniPayments \ Settings \ Payment Pages.

  1. Click Create from action menu in right corner to create a new payment page.
  2. Use Edit from options drop down to manage an existing payment page from the list of pages.


Navigate to Workflow section.


  1. Select Form you want to be sent to customer once a checkout is complete.
  2. Click Save to update payment page.
