You can collect user consent via email. It is handy when you are required to get user to update their consent and terms have changed.
Navigate to omniTrust \ Consent \ Consent Setup and click Test next a consent to receive a test email.
To distribute consent to a list of customers, navigate to omniTrust \ Consent \ Consent Setup and click Send to list from option menu next to consent you want to distribute.
- Click Select All to select all customers.
- Select customers you want one by one and click Select.
- Use filter select customers, and click Select.
Note: Email will be sent to a customer, unless consent already received.
