Your users can follow your collections. To enable this feature, user must be able to join your collection membership.
Navigate to the collection you want to manage from omniContent \ Collections, select Manage next to the collection from the drop down option menu.
Select Pages section and scroll to Security section.
- Turn on User must be a member to view content
- If you want to approve users, when they join, turn on Require approval of new members.
- If you want to show members of the collection, turn on Show members.
User Joins Collection
User can join and follow collection from collection details view selection action menu option Follow. If user must be approved first, a message sent to collection manager to approve new member.
Members List
If user allowed to view members with Show members options, selecting Members from action menu will display current members.
