Omnibasis has the ability to allow you to configure custom fields across Omnibasis products. This arbitrary extra information is known as custom fields. This fields can be of a different type:
- Single line
- Number
- Multiple lines
- Toggle switch
- Option dropdown
- Multiple options selection
- Multiple lines selection
- Date
- Date & Time
- Rating
- Tag label
All of the fields can have additional properties:
- Can be marked Private, so only Admin can edit and view them.
- Can be marked Required, which mean that value must be provided with form is filled.
Note: your role must have Custom Fields enabled for your specific product to be able edit or create custom fields.
You can configure custom fields for the follow entries in Omnibasis:
- Users - all fields will be available in Create / Edit User, public fields will be available during user registration for a new account.
- Customers - all fields will be available in Create / Edit Customer
- Landing Pages for Custom Registration - all fields will be available in Create / Edit User, public fields will be available during landing page registration.
- E-commerce Product - all fields will be available in Create / Edit Product, public fields available in view only mode for a product details page in catalog.
- E-commerce Inventory - all fields will be available in Manage Inventory.
- E-commerce Order - all fields will be available in Create / Edit Order, public fields available in order checkout for user to fill in during a checkout process.
- Booking Resource - all fields will be available in Create / Edit Resource, public fields available in view only mode for a product details page in catalog.
- Booking Itself - all fields will be available in Create / Edit Booking, public fields available in booking confirmation for user to fill in during a booking process.
- Content Entry - all fields will be available in Create / Edit Content, public fields available in content view only mode on content details page or when user submits content.
- Collection Entry - all fields will be available in Create / Edit Collection, public fields available in collection view only mode on collection details page.
- Loyalty Card - all fields will be available in Create / Edit Loyalty Card, public fields available when customer applies for a new loyalty card in self registration screen.
- Ledger Account - not available for user account due to security. All fields will be available in Create / Edit Ledger Account.
- Ledger Transaction - not available for user transactions due to security. All fields will be available in Create / Edit Ledger Transactions, Ledger Transfers, Ledger Journal Entries.
- User Consent Details - all fields will be available in Create / Edit Consent, public fields available in consent view only mode on consent collection page.
- User Permission Details - all fields will be available in Create / Edit Permission, public fields available in permission view only mode on permission collection page.
- Verifications - all fields will be available in Create / Edit verification with omniVerify product.
- Trading Positions - all fields will be available in Create position with omniCommerce Trading product.
- Trading Trades - all fields will be available in Create trades with omniCommerce Trading product.
