You might want to closing a specific content review submission. For example, if you have a video and you collected 1,000 reviews, you might want to stop at that review.
Navigate to the collection you want to manage from omniContent \ Collections, select Manage next the collection from the drop down action menu.
- Select Content section.
- Next to the content you want to manage select option dropdown and select Edit.
- Navigate to Reviews section.
- Turn on or off Close Reviews to control if customers can leave a review.
