Instant Book resource allow customers that meet a your requirements to book immediately, instead of needing to send a booking request for approval.
If you have Instant Book on, it will apply to all available dates on your calendar. Customers who meet your requirements will be able to automatically book your resource.
The benefits of Instant Book provides convenience to book customers without having to respond to each request.
Note: Instant Book is turned on automatically when new resource is created.
To manage Instant Book for a resource navigate to omniBookings \ Manage Resources \ Resources and select Manage next to the resource you want to edit.
Navigate to Resource section and turn on / off Instant Book.
