When new card is created and customer is not required to create a user account, you can pre-create a user account for that loyalty card.
- Navigate to edit Loyalty Program from omniLoyalty \ Loyalty Setup \ Loyalty Program.
- Navigate to Permissions section.
- Turn on Allow to create loyalty card without the user account.
- Turn on Create User if you want user account created when new loyalty card is submitted without customer logging in.
- User will be emailed a link to confirm their email and select a password.
