You might want to setup a detailed view analytics for your products.


View analytics are stored for 90 days at NO COST to you. You can always download the raw data or turn on Permanent Analytics Tracking. Learn more about Permanent Analytics Tracking. 


  1. Navigate to omniCommerce \ Manage Catalog \ Products.
  2. Select Manage next to the product you want to configure from options menu.
  3. Navigate to Product section.
  4. Find View Analytics Tracking and turn on or off to enabled view tracking.
