When new verification is submitted and customer is not required to create a user account, you can pre-create a user account for that verification.

  1. Navigate to edit verification from omniVerify \ Configure.
  2. Navigate to Workflow section.
  3. Turn on Use email to request or edit Verification.
  4. Turn on Create User if you want user account created when new verification is submitted without customer logging in.
  5. User will be emailed a link to confirm their email and select a password.
