When new verification is submitted and customer is not required to create a user account, you can pre-create a user account for that verification.
- Navigate to edit verification from omniVerify \ Configure.
- Navigate to Workflow section.
- Turn on Use email to request or edit Verification.
- Turn on Create User if you want user account created when new verification is submitted without customer logging in.
- User will be emailed a link to confirm their email and select a password.
