If you configured User Verification, you can enable FaceID to validate user face on login.


  1. Navigate to omniCustomer \ Settings.
  2. Select Workflow section.
  3. Make sure you selected an existing Verification configuration.
  4. Turn on Enable FaceID to enabled FaceID to login.
  5. Turn on FaceID is required to require FaceID to be successful in order for user to login. You can use Confidence level to help you to adjust how strict is your face validation.
  6. Set an optional Confidence level for user face verification.
