You can create a new document for signing from a template or from any document.
To create a document from a template, navigate to omniSign \ Templates, and select a template you want to use.
To create a new document without a template, navigate to omniSign \ Documents and click Create.
- Enter a Name for a new document.
- Document ID will be generated for you or you can enter a custom ID.
- Use Version field if you have multiple versions of documents.
- Enter any Instructions for recipients. It is general instructions and will appear for all recipients unless you choose to override them.
- Use Labels to help you track and categorize documents.
- If you choose to use this document as a template, select Template.
- Click Create.
