You can create a new document for signing from a template or from any document.


To create a document from a template, navigate to omniSign \ Templates, and select a template you want to use.


To create a new document without a template, navigate to omniSign \ Documents and click Create.


  1. Enter a Name for a new document.
  2. Document ID will be generated for you or you can enter a custom ID.
  3. Use Version field if you have multiple versions of documents.
  4. Enter any Instructions for recipients. It is general instructions and will appear for all recipients unless you choose to override them.
  5. Use Labels to help you track and categorize documents.
  6. If you choose to use this document as a template, select Template.
  7. Click Create
