By default, your application on Omnibasis uses SMS provider from Omnibasis.
Your application can override default SMS provider.
You can also enable user to override SMS provider. Navigate to user settings and enable Allow user to provide custom SMS provider.
Note: custom user SMS provider will be used only to send communications from the user like notes and messages.
