When you can create a task, you can associated a multiple resources with that task. 


For example, your task is a business meeting, you might need a projector and mobile white board. 


To manage task resources, navigate to omniWorks \ Projects.


  1. Select Manage next to the project you want to update.
  2. Navigate to Tasks section.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Select Resources section.
  5. Click Add Resources to additional resources to the task.
