By default, pass bookings for a resource will not appear to public. It is done to hide past availability of your resource. You can enable them to appear on a public timeline and calendar for visitors to see your resource availability across dates.


Navigate to manager resource omniBooking \ Manage Resources \ Resources.


  1. Select resource you want to manage.
  2. Navigate to Resource section.
  3. Turn on/off Show Past Bookings To Public.
