You can use workflow notes to setup template notes that are created for each booking or project task with this resource.


For example, you can setup custom messages to go to your customers 2 days before booking starts and 2 days before booking ends with special instructions.


When resource is added to booking or project, template workflow notes are automatically created for the booking or the project.


Use delay section to configure when note is send in workflow in relations to booking or project start and end date.


  1. Navigate to manage resource.
  2. Select Edit from options menu.
  3. Select Workflow Notes section.
  4. Click Create to create a new template workflow note.
  5. Use delay section to configure when note should be sent out in relationship of the booking or project.
