You can create project resource automatically when you add resource to a project. 


Note: you can simply create a project resource which is not connected to any Resource records. Benefits of using a resource record, is that your project resource will be automatically integrated in resource management features of omniWorks. 


  1. Navigate to manage the project resource your want to configure from omniWoks \ Projects or omniWorks \ Templates \ Projects.
  2. Click on the project or template you want to manage.
  3. Select Resources menu from navigation.
  4. Here you can change resource order, update resource names, emails, phone numbers and connect them to Resource records in your portal.
