You can use customer notes to manage tasks that are time bound, have reminders, must be completed and can appear on a resource calendar.


To setup notes to create tasks on resource schedule you need to configure workflow.


  1. Navigate to omniBookings \ Manage Resources \ Resources and click Manage in the option menu next to the resource you want to configure. 
  2. Select Workflow section.
  3. In Notes Template list click Create to create a new note template.
  4. Select Message you want to send or create note text. Learn more about Notes.
  5. Turn on Task selection to confiture task.
  6. When note template is used to create a note for on an existing booking, a new note will be connected to a booking task that will book time for this resource based on Duration configured here. It will use Delay to calculate the beginning date for the task, and Duration for the end date and time for a task.
