Enable customers to track their verification with Digital ID, receive ID updates and notifications on their Mobile Phones with immediate access to personal identification data, plus send push notifications and reminders to maximize security.

With omniPass mobile wallets solution you can integrate your customer verification on any mobile device and enables you to connect with your customers wherever they are.

  1. To get started navigate to manage your verification omniVerify \ Configure.
  2. Select Manage next to the verification you want to configure.
  3. Select omniPass section.
  4. Select Digital Pass Definition you want to use for your mobile wallet.
  5. Map the verification fields to digital pass fields. When verification is updated, for example Verification is approved, omniPass will automatically update a mobile wallet and will notify your customer.
  6. If you want verification face picture to appear on the mobile pass you need to select Use Icon under Face. Note: your mobile pass needs to be a type of General or Gift Card, for a face to appear on Apple devices.  Learn more about Digital ID with omniPass.
